Vinification	Harvested in a box, the grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed before the start of alcoholic fermentation. This takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to ensure the best fermentation kinetics and the correct management of pumping over. The racking is followed by malolactic, so the wine is left to age on its own fine lees

Il sogno diventa realtà e i progetti negli anni si espandono: oggi la nostra azienda conta 50 ettari di vigneto nel Monferrato, in Piemonte.

La passione di Raimondo è ora condivisa anche dal figlio Daniele: il loro legame si è concretizzato con una linea di vini che racchiude nelle iniziali dei loro nomi la selezione delle migliori uve.
