Grapes Timorasso 100%
Vinification Grapes harvested by hand, macerated at low temperature with soft pressing. Static clarification and slow fermentation at low temperatures. At the end of the sugars, follows a first removal of the most persistent dregs while the rest remains on the fine dregs for six months with regular batonage. The wine is then bottled and aged for another six months before marketing.

Flavor Full-bodied, with a long finish very persistent aftertaste
Pairing Excellent with fish dishes such as lobsters, but also with grilled chicken with garlic sauce and pasta with white sauce.

Il sogno diventa realtà e i progetti negli anni si espandono: oggi la nostra azienda conta 50 ettari di vigneto nel Monferrato, in Piemonte.

La passione di Raimondo è ora condivisa anche dal figlio Daniele: il loro legame si è concretizzato con una linea di vini che racchiude nelle iniziali dei loro nomi la selezione delle migliori uve.
