Emilia Lambrusco Rosato IGP “Vigna Rosa” - Vitivinicola Fangareggi, Your Wine

Dark pink to the appearance. Intense aroma with hints of rose petals, engaging, fruity with good intensity where the note of black cherry and traces of bread crust predominate. Fresh, with good structure and persistence, it is soft on the palate with a fine froth. It goes well with antipasti and first courses from Emilia, fried dumplings and tigelle. Excellent with fat and rich fish dishes.

We are a family-run farm; in our families we grow grapes since the nineteenth century and since 2004 we decided to resume this ancient tradition starting from the teachings of grandparents and great-grandparents; since 2013 we produce our wine line. We directly cultivate our grapes and our 24 hectares of vineyards in full respect of tradition and of the fruit itself, to keep intact the quality inside the bottle. The wines come from grapes of our vineyards, located in the provinces of Reggio Emilia and Modena, pruned and harvested by hand with careful selection of the bunch choosing only the best ones.
