Torengo is Le Pignole's Tai Rosso taken to its highest expression: the same indigenous grape variety as Creorosso, but with a completely different and much longer winemaking process. Manual harvesting in crates in the first week of October. Destemming with 30% crushing, 5-day cold maceration, fermentation for 10-15 days at 16-17°C with 7-day post-fermentation maceration. Aging in French oak barriques and tonneaux for 10-12 months, then in stainless steel tanks for at least 10 months, followed by 5-6 months of bottle rest.
In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, a dense and ethereal aroma of great elegance: slightly herbaceous notes, intense fruity notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, and black cherry, with black pepper and leather completing a layered and persistent bouquet. On the palate, it is consistent, decisive, and full-bodied, with an extraordinary fruity and spicy concentration in a rich yet gentle structure. The best of Tai Rosso from the Berici Hills.
Recommended pairings: roasts, game, rabbit roasts, aged cheeses, 70% dark chocolate.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
