Cabernet Franc and Malbec in a surprising blend: two complementary grape varieties, one of Bordeaux origin and the other adopted in Argentina but with French roots, united on the basaltic hills of Brendola. Manual harvest in crates in the third and last week of September. In the cellar, destemming with 70% of the grapes crushed, cold maceration (5-6°C) for 3 days, fermentation for 10-15 days at 16-17°C. Aging in stainless steel tanks for at least 10-12 months.
In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, a rich, broad, and continuous bouquet: ripe red fruits, violet, goudron, and withered rose in a complex and seductive intertwining. On the palate, it is clean, generous, and complex, with soft tannins, well-present fruity notes, and the warmth of the alcohol (14% vol.) well integrated into the structure. Body, concentration, and depth – a red that won't be forgotten.
Recommended pairings: classic regional meat dishes, aged non-spicy cheeses.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
