• All products are carefully packaged and protected in special cardboard or shockproof polystyrene containers. These packages are specifically designed to absorb shock and preserve the integrity of the bottles inside.
• All shipments can be tracked online via tracking number.
• If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
• The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
• Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
