• All products are carefully packed and protected in special cardboard or shock-resistant polystyrene containers, designed to absorb impacts and keep the bottles inside intact.
• All shipments can be tracked online with a tracking number.
• If the parcel is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “SUBJECT TO INSPECTION”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If any bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
• The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
• Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at these times to receive the goods.
• We do not deliver to PO boxes.
