| Vinificazione | The grapes are hand-picked in the first week of October and then left to dry in temperature and humidity-controlled conditions for 4-5 months. This is followed by pressing, cold maceration (5-6°C) for 5 days, and fermentation for 20-25 days at 16-17°C. |

A rare and captivating red passito, born from Tai Rosso—the emblematic grape of the Colli Berici—processed using a method that requires absolute patience and dedication. The grapes are hand-picked in the first week of October and then undergo drying at controlled temperature and humidity for 4-5 months. This is followed by pressing, cold maceration (5-6°C) for 5 days, and fermentation for 20-25 days at 16-17°C. Aging takes place in second and third-use French oak barriques and tonneaux for 12 months, then in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months, with a further 5-6 months rest in the bottle before release.
In the glass, it presents an intense ruby red color. On the nose, a dense and ethereal aroma of great elegance: slightly herbaceous notes, intense fruity notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, and sour cherry, with black pepper and leather in an enveloping and persistent bouquet. On the palate, it is consistent, decisive, and full-bodied, with an extraordinary fruity and spicy concentration in a rich yet gentle structure. A non-cloying red passito that surprises with every sip — 16.5% vol.

- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
