Tai Rosso in its most classic and territorial expression. Manual harvesting in crates in the third week of September from calcareous-clay soil with volcanic and basaltic outcrops, east-west exposure. In the cellar, destemming with 60% of the grapes crushed, cold maceration (5-6°C) for 3 days, fermentation for 10-15 days at 16-17°C with post-fermentative maceration for 3-4 days. Aging in stainless steel tanks for at least 12 months.
In the glass, it presents a ruby red color of good intensity. On the nose, a caressing yet intense bouquet: currant, raspberry, cherry, licorice, and black pepper, supported by a subtle herbaceous vein characteristic of the grape variety. On the palate, it is broad and enveloping, with a solid base of ripe fruit and sweet, velvety tannins that make it very pleasant to drink. The finish has remarkable aromatic persistence — a Tai Rosso that leaves its mark.
Recommended pairings: roasts, noble poultry, Vicenza-style salted cod, stewed rabbit.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
