| Vinificazione | The grapes are harvested by hand and, once crushed and destemmed, placed in steel tanks. The must macerates and ferments on the skins for approximately 20 days, simultaneously undergoing malolactic fermentation. The racking process involves the aging of a portion of the wine. |
A Friulian red with character and structure , the Cabernet Sauvignon DOC 2022 from Ronco dei Pini comes from selected grapes grown in the Colli Orientali, carefully vinified to express aromatic depth and balanced flavours.
In the glass it presents an intense ruby red colour , while on the nose aromas of berries, currants and light herbaceous notes emerge.
On the palate it is full, harmonious and well balanced , with present but soft tannins and a persistent finish.
Recommended pairings: light roasts, braised meats, grilled red meats and mature cheeses.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
