ViViMi: live it, feel it, drink it. A red passito for sipping, made from Tai Rosso dried in a controlled environment for 4 months, then pressed, cold-macerated (5-6°C) for 5 days and fermented for 25-30 days at 16-17°C. The ageing is long and layered: 20 months in French oak barriques and tonneaux, then at least 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 5-6 months in bottle before release.
In the glass, an intense ruby red. The nose offers ripe red fruit and chocolate in an enveloping, immediate aroma. The palate is dry, balanced and persistent, with the structure of a great sipping wine. The 16.5% vol is integrated with surprising elegance. A bottle to open when you have the time and the wish to listen to the wine.
Recommended pairings: rich meats, long-aged cheeses, dark chocolate. Ideal on its own for a great moment of meditation, or with a good cigar.

- All products are carefully packed and protected in certified cardboard containers, specially designed to absorb shocks and preserve the integrity of the bottles inside.
- All shipments can be tracked online with a tracking number.
- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
