Senzacò: in the Fermo dialect it means "without anything" — direct, free of convention, just like this wine. The name is also an explicit nod to its origin in PIWI vines (Pilzwiderstandsfähig), varieties naturally resistant to fungal disease that allow a drastic cut in spraying in the vineyard. A forward-looking wine, with deep roots in genuinely sustainable viticulture.
100% Soreli, a new-generation PIWI variety, from organic vineyards on the clay hills of Carassai, in the heart of the Valdaso. The grapes are picked at the right point of ripeness to preserve their aromatic integrity and freshness, then vinified in stainless steel.
In the glass, it presents a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections. The nose is immediate and generous: intense aromas of tropical fruit — mango, passion fruit, pineapple — opening with energy and inviting a sip. On the palate, it is savoury and pleasantly persistent, with a freshness that balances the softness of the fruit.
A contemporary, organic and sustainable white, for anyone who loves wines that dare to be different.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
