Liù is the name the Savini family chose to honor Luigina, the backbone of the household: a woman of strong character, always elegant and discreet. A white wine that shares her spirit — unexpected, unconventional, capable of surprising those who don't expect it.
Pecorino, Fiano, and Malvasia in a blend, from organic vineyards on the estates of Carassai and Petritoli. An unconventional winemaking process: overnight maceration followed by long aging in historic concrete tanks, which give the wine a rare structure and depth for its category.
In the glass, it presents an intense, luminous, and warm golden orange color. The nose is broad and complex: quince, plum, and aromatic herbs in an unexpected array for a white wine. On the palate, it is harmonious and persistent, with a freshness that evolves into yellow-fleshed fruit, supported by a beautiful mineral and herbaceous vein. A meditation white, to be opened with curiosity and enjoyed with attention.
Recommended pairings: blue cheeses, fish soup, ravioli with goat cheese and aromatic herbs, grilled sardines, spicy dishes with turmeric and ginger.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
