Liù is the name the Savini family chose to honour Luigina, the backbone of the household: a woman of strong character, always elegant and discreet. A white wine that shares her spirit — unexpected, unconventional, able to surprise anyone who isn't expecting it.
Pecorino, Fiano and Malvasia in a blend, from organic vineyards on the estates of Carassai and Petritoli. An unconventional vinification: one night of maceration followed by long ageing in the historic concrete tanks, which give the wine a structure and depth rare for its category.
In the glass, it presents an intense golden-orange colour, luminous and warm. The nose is broad and layered: quince, plum and aromatic herbs in a range you would not expect from a white. On the palate, it is harmonious and persistent, with a freshness that opens into yellow-fleshed fruit, carried by a fine mineral and herbal vein. A sipping white, to be opened with curiosity and given some attention.
Recommended pairings: blue cheeses, fish soup, ravioli with goat cheese and herbs, grilled sardines, spiced dishes with turmeric and ginger.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
