An organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil: "Gerbino" from Di Giovanna comes from the family's own groves between Contessa Entellina and Sambuca di Sicilia, in the Terre Sicane.
Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice, hand-picked between October and November and cold-milled the same day they are harvested. Extraction and settling under nitrogen, bottled unfiltered.
The colour is a bright green-yellow. On the nose, fresh grass, tomato leaf, artichoke and floral hints. The taste is harmonious, medium-fruity and lightly peppery.
Milled the same day and never filtered: you can taste it.
Suggested use: raw over salads, bruschetta, grilled vegetables and fish carpaccio, or to finish pulses, grains and fresh cheeses.

- All shipments can be tracked online with a tracking number.
- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
- We do not deliver to PO boxes.

It usually doesn't happen, the rate is very low, but if the wine you bought does taste corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we will step in immediately.
