An organic cru white: "Helios" 2022 from Di Giovanna is the most recent vintage of the selection Grillo, with its usual share of Chardonnay.
90% Grillo and 10% Chardonnay, organically farmed. 13.5% vol.
In the glass, bright yellow. On the nose an expressive bouquet of ripe pink grapefruit, white flowers and tropical fruit. In the mouth it is rich and soft, with a fine acid core: notes of lemon mousse, pineapple and papaya linger gently.
The young vintage, taut and citrusy: open it now.
Recommended pairings: sushi and sashimi, Mediterranean fish dishes, roasted white meats, goat cheese, toasted almonds and walnuts.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
