An organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil that expresses all the richness of the Terre Sicane territory: the “Gerbino” Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the Di Giovanna winery is produced with Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice olives hand-picked in the family's organic orchards between Contessa Entellina and Sambuca di Sicilia .
The olives are harvested between October and November and cold-pressed on the same day to maintain their freshness, aroma, and optimal organoleptic properties . The mill uses traditional extraction and nitrogen decantation techniques, with the oil bottled unfiltered to maximize its aroma and integrity.
In the glass, the oil presents a bright green-yellow color and an elegant and complex aromatic profile: notes of fresh grass, tomato leaf, artichoke and floral hints emerge, with a harmonious, medium fruity and slightly spicy taste that enhances its personality.
Recommended pairings: perfect raw on fresh salads, rustic bruschetta, grilled vegetables and fish carpaccio , but also to complement Mediterranean dishes based on legumes, cereals or fresh cheeses, bringing an authentic touch of Sicily.

- All products are carefully packaged and protected in specially certified cardboard containers. These packages are specifically designed to absorb shock and preserve the integrity of the bottles inside.
- All shipments can be tracked online via tracking number.
- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
