| Vinificazione | The grapes are harvested in crates, trying to keep the bunches as intact as possible. The sugars are then fermented in steel tanks at a temperature of 28-30°C. After alcoholic fermentation and racking, malolactic fermentation begins. |
| Affinamento | It ages in 25 HL oak barrels and, partially, in second-use barriques. It ages in the bottle before being released. |
A more complex Piedmontese red , Tenute Rade ’s 2018 Barbera d’Asti DOCG Superiore “La Grissa” offers greater structure and depth, making it ideal for more elaborate dishes.
In the glass it displays an intense ruby red colour , while on the nose it opens up with aromas of ripe red fruits, spices and light earthy notes .
On the palate it is full, soft and well balanced , with smooth tannins and a significant gustatory persistence.
Recommended pairings: roasts, braised meats, and rich traditional Piedmontese dishes.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
