| Vinificazione | Harvested around mid-August, the grapes are picked and brought to the cellar in crates for gentle, gradual pressing. The must is then fermented in stainless steel at a controlled temperature until the sugars are exhausted. Then, after an initial racking, the must is racked off. |

An elegant and refined Piedmontese classic method sparkling wine , the Alta Langa DOCG Metodo Classico Extra Brut Pas Dosé 2016 from Tenute Rade is characterised by a fine perlage and a complex aromatic profile.
In the glass it has a light straw color and fine bubbles, while on the nose it reveals aromas of white flowers, bread crust and citrus notes .
On the palate it is dry, fresh and harmonious , with an elegant structure and a fine persistence.
Recommended pairings: aperitifs, seafood appetizers, sushi, and refined dishes.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
