| Vinificazione | Red wine vinification takes place in special new-generation winemaking tanks with dynamic maceration of the skins through punching down and alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature. The wine is then aged in oak barrels in contact with its own skins. |
An organic red with great character , Le Carline 's 2023 Cabernet DOC is intense and vinous, with a structure that expresses elegance and complexity even without added sulphites.
In the glass it stands out for its ruby red colour with violet reflections , while on the nose a bouquet of ripe red and black fruits emerges, with light spicy notes.
On the palate it is dry, full-bodied and enveloping , with balanced tannins and a harmonious finish.
Recommended pairings: roast meats, savoury dishes and mature cheeses.

- All shipments can be tracked online via tracking number.
- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
