| Vinificazione | After the first thinning of the grapes following veraison, hand harvesting into crates allows a further careful selection. In the cellar the grapes are destemmed and gently crushed to give the wine a greater contact surface with the skins. |
| Affinamento | It ages in 25HL oak barrels and, partially, in second-use barriques. It further ages in the bottle before being released. |
A long-aged Nizza: the "Historical" 2019 from Tenute Rade is Barbera at its most serious — Piedmont's tightest appellation and years of wood behind it.
Barbera 100%, green-harvested in the vineyard and picked by hand into crates. Aged in 25 hl oak casks and partly in second-use barriques, then further bottle ageing before release. 15% vol.
In the glass, deep ruby red with delicate orange reflections from the long ageing. On the nose it is intense and persistent, with notes of vanilla, ripe red fruit and boisé. On the palate it is full-bodied, with balanced acidity.
Fifteen degrees carried with restraint: open it ahead of time.
Recommended pairings: beef stew, roast red meats, game and mature cheeses with polenta.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
