| Vinificazione | Drying from late September for approximately 100 days, with a natural weight loss of 35-40%. Great care is taken to ensure the integrity of the grapes and the health of the bunches in the drying room. Soft pressing of the dried grapes in December/January. Fermentation at controlled temperature. |
| Affinamento | Seventy percent of the resulting wine is aged for 24 months in 50hl Slavonian oak barrels; the remaining 30% in medium-toasted Allier oak barriques for 18 months. It then ages in the bottle for a further six months. |
An Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG of great structure and elegance, the 2018 by Fugolo Gianluca is made from dried Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, selected and left to dry for over 100 days to concentrate aromas and flavours.
In the glass it presents a deep garnet red colour , while on the nose complex aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, vanilla and plum emerge.
On the palate it is full, warm and velvety , with an enveloping structure and an elegant persistence, ideal for moments of slow tasting.
Recommended pairings: robust meat dishes, roasts, game and mature cheeses.

- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
