| Vinificazione | Natural drying in a fruit cellar for approximately 20 days. Great care is taken to ensure the integrity of the grapes and the health of the bunches. The dried grapes are pressed. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 28°C with two daily punching downs; maceration lasts 1 minute. |
| Affinamento | Maturation in 50hl Slavonian oak barrels for 12 months and evolution of the wine in the bottle for 6 months. |
An intense and harmonious Venetian red , the Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore 2021 by Fugolo Gianluca expresses the typicality of the classic Valpolicella blend with Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes.
In the glass it stands out for its intense garnet red colour , while on the nose it releases elegant aromas of red fruit, spices and tobacco .
On the palate it is dry, full and well-structured , with harmonious tannins and a pleasant, persistent finish.
Recommended pairings: tasty risottos, roast red meats, light game and grilled meats.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
