| Vinificazione | A wine produced from mature, select Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes, harvested by hand and further selected in the cellar. Maceration takes place in horizontal rotary fermenters. Once alcoholic fermentation is complete, the must is fermented at a temperature not exceeding 15°C. |
A full-bodied and territorial red , the Salice Salentino DOC Riserva “Carati” 2019 from Masseria Sanpolo is born from a blend of Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera , aged in wood to obtain complexity and depth.
In the glass it presents an intense ruby red colour , while on the nose rich aromas of cherry jam, dates, vanilla and liquorice emerge.
On the palate it is full, warm and enveloping , with vigorous but well-integrated tannins and a persistent finish.
Recommended pairings: roast meats, braised meats, game and robust Mediterranean dishes.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
