| Vinificazione | The grapes, harvested by hand, macerate in horizontal rotating silos for approximately 14 days, where alcoholic fermentation also takes place. Malolactic fermentation is then completed in barriques for 6 months. |
A native Apulian red with character , the Susumaniello Salento IGP “Summa” 2022 from Masseria Sanpolo is made with pure Susumaniello grapes, vinified and aged to express harmony and intensity.
In the glass it stands out for its deep ruby red colour with purple reflections, while on the nose it opens up with aromas of ripe red fruits, jam and a delicate mineral note .
On the palate it is soft, balanced and very drinkable , with silky tannins and a structure that recalls the typicality of the grape variety.
Recommended pairings: grilled red meats, roasts, typical Apulian dishes and semi-mature cheeses.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
