| Vinificazione | A wine made from selected Chardonnay grapes harvested in August. The must is left in contact with the skins at 4 °C for 24 hours and undergoes cold maceration. |
A soft, enveloping white from Puglia, the Salice Salentino Bianco DOC "Evra" 2020 from Masseria Sanpolo is made entirely from carefully selected Chardonnay grapes, fermented in oak barrels for added aromatic depth.
In the glass it is a bright golden yellow, while the nose offers intense aromas of ripe fruit such as pineapple, apricot and banana, with light notes of vanilla and honey.
The palate is full, harmonious and highly structured, with a long, enveloping finish that combines freshness and complexity.
Pairings: seafood starters, shellfish, oven-baked fish, creamy risottos and soft cheeses.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
