| Vinificazione | The grapes are harvested and collected in crates, followed by gentle pressing and static settling of the musts at low temperature. Fermentation then takes place in pressure tanks at controlled temperature. |
A sweet, light Moscato d'Asti: "Bele Fije" 2025 from Tenute Rade closes the meal without weighing it down — just five degrees of alcohol and all the aromatics of the grape.
Moscato Bianco 100%, gentle pressing and fermentation in pressure tanks at controlled temperature. 5% vol.
In the glass, straw yellow with golden reflections. On the nose it is intense and persistent, with notes of orange blossom, peach, sage and pineapple. On the palate it is sweet and pleasantly crisp.
The Piedmontese sweet wine par excellence — serve well chilled.
Recommended pairings: desserts, apple cake, hazelnut cake, amaretti and cheeses.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
