A sip of Brianza. Salute!

We are a small winery (a Microwinery) in the heart of Curone Park, in Montevecchia (Lecco).

A dream that became true in 2016. Love for the land and the vineyard, manually worked on steep hills.

Our work in the vineyard

Due to the conformation of the land, all the work in the field is completely manual. For us, the year in the vineyard starts in February with the winter pruning and we work until the harvest almost following a very precise pattern and always learning something new.

The processes that follow the winter pruning are different, ranging from the arrangement of the supports (wires and poles), to the green pruning, to the arrangement of the branches, to protecting our plants from the various possible plant diseases in integrated pest management, to keeping growth contained of the grass in the sub-row and in the inter-row, to the defoliation, to the topping, to the de-stemming and to all the other small but significant attentions that together with the seasonal weather conditions give the grapes the characteristics of the vintage that we will then find into the glass.
