Inside the box:

• Terre Siciliane IGP Rosso Biologico – Marchese delle Saline – a fruity, easy-drinking Sicilian red from organically grown grapes: it pairs with everything in the box.
• Taralli alla pizzaiola (300 g) – Tarallificio Cerchi di Grano – Apulian taralli with tomato, oregano, garlic, onion and a hint of chilli.
• Caponata siciliana (280 g) – Antica Bottega Siciliana – the great Sicilian sweet-and-sour classic: aubergine, tomato, celery, capers and olives.
• Aubergine pâté – Antica Bottega Siciliana – a typical Sicilian starter, to spread on fresh bread and bruschetta.
• Red onions in oil (180 g) – Officina di Campagna – sliced and seasoned with black pepper and a pinch of chilli: great on bruschetta and in sandwiches.
• Rosemary flavoured oil (0.150 l) – Officina di Campagna – drizzle it raw over roast potatoes, grilled meat and bruschetta.
