| Vinificazione | Destemming and gentle pressing of the bunches, followed by transfer of the must to steel vats. Inoculation of neutral and selected yeasts and fermentation at a controlled temperature, maceration for approximately 12-15 days with continuous stirring of the cap. |

An artisanal red with character and structure , Runch 's Terre Lariane IGT Rosso “Cresta Rossa” 2019 is produced from a blend of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (20%) carefully selected to enhance the vocation of the Montevecchia terroir.
In the glass it presents an intense ruby red colour , while on the nose complex aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices and light vanilla notes emerge.
On the palate it is full, harmonious and soft , with elegant tannins and a persistent taste that underlines its depth.
Recommended pairings: roast meats, grilled red meats, savoury dishes and mature cheeses.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
