| Vinificazione | The grapes are destemmed and fermented in terracotta amphorae. Once fermentation is complete, the skins are removed and the wine remains in the amphorae to age for approximately one year. |
A characterful orange wine made from Souvignier Gris and vinified in terracotta amphorae, Maso Caliari ’s 2018 “Sonata” is a wine rich in identity and personality.
In the glass it presents an intense orange-yellow colour , while on the nose it opens up with aromas of tropical fruit, resin and sweet spices .
On the palate it is structured, mineral and enveloping , with a complex taste texture and a persistent finish.
Recommended pairings: savory appetizers, spiced vegetable dishes, grilled fish and white meats.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
