A deep, rich and elegant Sicilian red , Pennisi 's Etna Rosso DOC “Etneide Maturo” 2016 is a more structured and refined version of Etna Rosso, made from 100% Nerello Mascalese and characterised by a long period of aging in wood and bottle which enhances its complexity and depth.
In the glass it presents an intense ruby red colour tending towards garnet , witness to the evolution and maturation of the grapes.
On the nose it opens with a rich and complex bouquet of ripe black fruits, blackberries and currants , followed by balsamic notes of sage and marjoram , spices such as black pepper and vanilla and a mineral touch due to the volcanic soil of Etna.
On the palate it is full, enveloping and of great structure , with elegant and seductive tannins and a long persistence that expresses all the maturity, richness and harmony of this mature wine.
Recommended pairings: grilled or braised red meats, flavorful roasts, game and mature cheeses, dishes that require a wine with great character.

- All products are carefully packaged and protected in specially certified cardboard containers. These packages are specifically designed to absorb shock and preserve the integrity of the bottles inside.
- All shipments can be tracked online via tracking number.
- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
