La Rajade's Sauvignon is one of those wines that captivates from the first sip. Grown on Ponca with a yield of 1.5 kg per plant and manual harvesting, it fully expresses the aromatic potential of this grape variety in the exceptional microclimate of Collio. Cold maceration on the skins (8-10°C), soft pressing, and controlled temperature fermentation for about 15 days. Aging in steel tanks on lees until the following spring, then resting in the bottle.
In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color. On the nose, it is explosive and seductive: a pleasant intertwining of elderflower and white peach, with lively notes of grapefruit and passion fruit that make the bouquet fresh, complex, and immediately recognizable. On the palate, the aromas are revisited and elegantly completed: fresh, savory, with great finesse. It's hard to stop at the first glass.
Suggested pairings: seafood crudités, tuna tartare, spaghetti alle vongole, fresh goat cheese.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
