Friulano is the quintessential indigenous grape variety of Collio, and La Rajade's expression of it is authentic and territorial. It is grown on Ponca – the marl and sandstone rock of Collio – with a controlled yield of 1.5 kg per plant and manual harvesting. In the cellar, a cold soak (8-10°C) is followed by soft pressing and controlled fermentation for about 15 days. Aging takes place in stainless steel sur lies until the following spring, with bottle rest before release.
In the glass, it presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections. On the nose, a pleasant varietal note of white flowers and ripe fruit intertwines in a harmonious and inviting bouquet. On the palate, it is fragrant and smooth, with a balanced structure and an easy-drinking quality. An easy-pairing white for immediate enjoyment.
Recommended pairings: San Daniele prosciutto, pasta e fagioli, herb risotto, fresh and semi-aged cheeses.

- All shipments can be tracked online via tracking number.
- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my wine tastes corked?
