A Valtellina red of great balance and finesse , the Valtellina Superiore DOCG 2012 “Capo di Terra” from the Conti Sertoli Salis winery is obtained from Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes grown on vineyards exposed on the Rhaetian terraces, with over-ripening of the grapes to accentuate their aromas and structure.
In the glass it presents an intense ruby red colour and aromas of ripe red fruits, violets and light vanilla notes , while on the palate it is soft, harmonious and very balanced .
The progression on the palate is succulent and persistent , with well-integrated tannins and a structure that favors its evolution even in the bottle over time.
Recommended pairings: red meats, rich pasta dishes, risottos, and hearty main courses. A Valtellina classic to enjoy with rich dishes.

- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
