| Vinificazione | The grapes are destemmed and fermented in terracotta amphorae; at the end of fermentation the skins are removed and the wine ages 6 months in amphora, then a further 6 months in 220-litre wooden casks. |
An elegant, refined orange wine: the Pinot Grigio Orange "Pief" 2018 from Maso Caliari is made from Pinot Grigio grapes macerated on their skins and then aged in wooden casks, giving a wine that combines structure and finesse.
In the glass it is a bright copper, with a bouquet recalling white peach, wild flowers and light spicy notes.
The palate is soft, light and pleasantly fresh, with a harmonious almond finish.
Suggested pairings: creative starters, vegetable dishes, white meats and light Mediterranean cooking.

- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
