| Vinificazione | Natural drying in the fruttaio for about 20 days, with close attention to the integrity and health of the bunches. The dried grapes are crushed and fermented at a controlled 28 °C, with two punch-downs a day. |

An intense, harmonious red from the Veneto: Valpolicella DOC Classico Superiore 2021 by Fugolo Gianluca shows the typicity of the classic Valpolicella blend of Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella.
In the glass it shows an intense garnet red; the nose offers elegant red fruit, spice and tobacco.
On the palate it is dry, full and well structured, with harmonious tannins and a pleasant, lasting finish.
Recommended pairings: flavourful risottos, roast red meat, small game and grilled meats.

- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
