| Vinificazione | Once destemmed, the grapes go into a concrete vat for 12 to 36 hours to obtain what is called the alzata di cappello: the skins rise to the top and the must stays below. The liquid is then drawn off and moved into steel. |

A rosé from pure Foglia Tonda: a nearly vanished Tuscan variety, recovered on a few hectares and rarely vinified on its own.
100% Foglia Tonda, organically grown. The destemmed grapes rest 12 to 36 hours in concrete for the alzata di cappello — the skins rise, the must stays below — then the liquid is drawn off and aged in steel tanks. 2022 vintage, 14% vol.
Crystalline coral pink that hints at the wine's structure. A fragrant nose of red apple, wild strawberry and raspberry. The palate is dry and soft, with clearly perceptible freshness and a long flavour-and-aroma persistence.
Fuller than the colour suggests.
Recommended pairings: Tuscan cured meats as a starter, fish dishes, flavourful salads and summer cooking.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
