A Pinot Grigio that respects Collio tradition and brings it to the glass with cleanness and precision. From the Ponca soils of Dolegna, with a low yield of 1.5 kg per vine and hand harvesting. The winemaking uses a refined technique: destemming and soft pressing under carbon dioxide, to protect the fruit from oxidation from the very first moment. Temperature-controlled fermentation for about 15 days, then ageing in steel on the lees until spring, followed by rest in bottle.
In the glass it is straw yellow with golden reflections. The nose offers a pleasant weave of floral and fruity notes, delicate and precise. The palate is full, fragrant and soft, with a well-balanced structure closing on a long, lightly spicy finish – the unmistakable signature of the Collio.
Suggested pairings: porcini risotto, pasta with salmon, white meats, fresh cheeses.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
