| Vinificazione | The harvest begins in early September with the Merlot harvest, continuing two weeks later with the Sangiovese and finishing with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are fermented separately at a temperature of 25° for around 12 days, for better extraction. |
| Affinamento | After malolactic fermentation, the French varietals are aged in French barriques for approximately six months. The wine is blended in steel tanks for a further six to eight months, and the Spineto Silver is bottled 18 months after harvest. |
A harmonious and easy-drinking Tuscan red , Erik Banti 's Maremma Toscana DOC “Spineto Silver” 2021 is born from a blend of Sangiovese with small percentages of French varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, to obtain softness and roundness.
In the glass it stands out for its intense ruby red colour and a bouquet of ripe red fruits and light spicy notes .
On the palate it is full, harmonious and well-balanced , with enveloping tannins and a long persistence that enhances every sip.
Recommended pairings: roast meat dishes, pasta with ragù, mature cheeses and mixed grills.

- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.

What if my wine tastes corked?
This doesn't usually happen, the percentage is very low, but if you happen to find that the wine you purchased tastes corked, just send us an email by clicking here and we'll take action immediately.
