| Vinificazione | Harvest begins in early September with the Merlot, continues two weeks later with the Sangiovese and closes with the Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes ferment separately at 25 °C for about 12 days. |
| Affinamento | After malolactic fermentation, the French varietals are aged in French barriques for approximately six months. The wine is blended in steel tanks for a further six to eight months, and the Spineto Silver is bottled 18 months after harvest. |
A harmonious, easy-drinking Tuscan red: Maremma Toscana DOC "Spineto Silver" 2021 by Erik Banti is a blend of Sangiovese with small shares of French varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, which bring softness and roundness.
In the glass it shows an intense ruby red and a bouquet of ripe red fruit and light spice.
On the palate it is full, harmonious and well balanced, with enveloping tannins and a long finish.
Recommended pairings: roast meats, pasta with ragù, aged cheeses and mixed grills.

- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
