| Vinificazione | Hand-harvested, macerated at low temperature and gently pressed. Static settling and slow fermentation at low temperatures. Once the sugars are through, the heavier lees are removed first while the rest stays on the fine lees. |

A Piedmontese white with real structure: the Colli Tortonesi DOC Timorasso "Derthona" 2018 from Tenute Rade has two more years in bottle than the later vintage — the Timorasso here already shows some evolution.
Timorasso 100%, hand-harvested, macerated at low temperature, gently pressed and left a long time on its fine lees. Aged in stainless steel tanks. 13.5% vol.
In the glass, pale yellow with golden reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of dried fruit, honey and walnut. On the palate it is full-bodied, with a long finish and a very persistent aftertaste.
One of the few Italian whites that reward the wait.
Recommended pairings: lobster and fish dishes, grilled chicken with garlic sauce, pasta in white sauce.

- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
