| Vinificazione | Harvested around mid-August, the grapes are brought to the cellar in crates for gentle, progressive pressing. The must then ferments in barrique until the sugars are exhausted. |

A classic-method Riserva: the Alta Langa DOCG Pas Dosé Riserva 2015 from Tenute Rade ferments in barrique and rests 79 months on the lees — almost seven years before it reaches the glass.
70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Nero, harvested into crates and gently pressed. The must ferments in barrique, then a second fermentation in bottle and 79 months in contact with the lees. Disgorged with no dosage. 12.5% vol.
In the glass, deep straw yellow with a fine perlage. On the nose the aroma is complex, full and delicate. On the palate it is rich, round and persistent, with well-balanced acidity.
