The name says it all: Osé — daring, bold. 100% Sangiovese vinified as a rosé with the utmost delicacy: hand-picked, whole berries with no crushing, immediate soft pressing within 15-20 minutes of harvest. Fermentation is spontaneous, with no intervention. The wine then ages on fine lees for 3-4 months in stainless steel, until bottling in February following the harvest — a rosé that takes its time to be ready.
In the glass, a bright rose pink with very pale reflections. The nose is fresh and delicate: strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate and a floral touch that opens the sip with elegance. The palate is dry, lively and savoury, with a structure surprisingly present for a rosé and a drinkability that stays pleasant and stimulating throughout. The finish is fruity and mineral, long enough.
Only 700 bottles produced — the hardest organic Tuscan rosé to find, and the easiest to love.
Recommended pairings: mixed starters, tuna carpaccio, summer salads, pizza bianca, fresh goat's cheeses.

- If a parcel arrives broken or damaged, we recommend signing the delivery note “received subject to inspection”, so that you can check the contents and let us know the condition of the goods. If bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we will find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to anyone under 18 and may ask for ID to verify age.
- Delivery takes place on working days, during office hours. We suggest giving a delivery address where an adult is always present at those times to receive the goods.
