The name says it all: Osé — bold, daring. 100% Sangiovese vinified as a rosé with utmost delicacy: manual harvesting, whole berries without crushing, immediate soft pressing within 15-20 minutes of picking. Fermentation is spontaneous, with no interventions. The wine then ages on its fine lees for 3-4 months in stainless steel tanks until bottling in February following the harvest — a rosé that takes its time to be ready.
In the glass, it presents with a bright rosé color and very pale reflections. The nose is fresh and delicate: strawberry, raspberry, pomegranate, and a floral touch that opens the sip with elegance. On the palate, it is dry, lively, and savory, with a surprisingly present structure for a rosé and a drinkability that is always pleasant and stimulating. The finish is fruity and mineral, long enough.
Only 700 bottles produced — the hardest-to-find, and easiest-to-love, organic Tuscan rosé.
Recommended pairings: mixed appetizers, tuna carpaccio, summer salads, white pizza, fresh goat cheeses.

- All shipments can be tracked online via tracking number.
- If your package is broken or damaged, we recommend signing the "SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" form. This will allow you to check the contents and inform us of the condition of the goods. If your bottles are broken, please contact us immediately and we'll find the best solution together.
- The courier will NOT deliver wine or other alcoholic products to minors under 18 and may request identification to verify age.
- Delivery will take place on weekdays, during office hours. We recommend entering a delivery address where an adult capable of collecting the goods will always be present during these hours.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

What if my wine tastes corked?
