| Vinificazione | Maceration on the skins and subsequent refrigeration of the must. Soft pressing of the grapes with extraction of the free-run must and purification by flotation. Alcoholic fermentation is carried out by selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16°C and takes place in stainless steel tanks for approximately two weeks. |

A white of real character and expression: Sgreva’s Trebbiano di Lugana Barricato “Liber” is an oak-aged take on the classic Lugana, for anyone who loves white wines with depth, structure and aromatic complexity. It is made from Turbiana grapes grown on the soils of the southern shore of Lake Garda and matured in selected wooden barrels, which add extra breadth and evolved notes.
In the glass it shows a bright golden yellow. The nose opens with enveloping aromas of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit, sweet citrus, honey, vanilla and light spice, alongside an elegant toasted touch from the wood.
On the palate it is full, round and harmonious, with a rich, saline-mineral texture that balances the softness of the oak against the freshness of Turbiana. The finish is long and pleasant, with fruity echoes and a hint of toasted hazelnut.
