The name 12 NODI is inspired by the cruising speed of the great merchant ships that have sailed the seas over the centuries to make Italian products known all over the world.

12 NODI are fine wines, produced between Abruzzo and Veneto. In Abruzzo they come to life between the Adriatic Sea and the Majella mountain from vineyards mainly exposed to East / South-East located on well-ventilated hills and with a good range of temperatures.

The sun, the Mediterranean climate and the mainly mixed-clay soil, caressed by the sea breeze that wicks moisture away, favor the planting of native DOC and IGP vines typical of the Region. These strong elements are felt in the full flavor of the wine of this land.

Our Naviganti wine brand tells the story of our homeland, a place deep in the heart of Italy, in the Abruzzo region, between the Adriatic Sea and the Majella massif. The vines dedicated to producing this wine are aspected mainly east and south east, on hills rolling down towards the coast. The sun, the Mediterranean climate, the clay-based soils, caressed by sea breezes that sweep away humidity thus nurturing the growth of native regional DOC and PGI vines are the foundation of full-flavoured local wines.

Naviganti wines are produced from grapes selected across the district and aged with skill by our winemakers, flying the flag for an entire area, not simply part of it.
