Made \u003cstrong\u003ewith gentle pressing and brief skin contact\u003c\/strong\u003e, just enough to draw out the colour. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel \u003cstrong\u003ebetween 0°C and 15°C\u003c\/strong\u003e and ageing \u003cstrong\u003eexclusively in stainless steel\u003c\/strong\u003e.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003ePale pink leaning towards orange\u003c\/strong\u003e, typical of Nebbiolo. The nose shows \u003cstrong\u003eviolet and rose\u003c\/strong\u003e with the \u003cstrong\u003efragrance of small red fruits\u003c\/strong\u003e.
